ZOOM Group Rules

Please Review and Adhere to the BIPP ZOOM rules for a successful group experience: 

  • Your $30 payment is also a confirmation that you have agreed to the following BIPP group rules. Payment is NOT proof of attendance. Attendance is taken during group. 

  • We do offer a 5-minute "grace period" for tardiness - unfortunately if our participants are 5-minutes late they will be restricted from attending group.

  • $30 payment is non-refundable if any of the group rules are violated.

  • All our participants are responsible for making prior arrangements before attending group.

  • Prepare to be free of any distractions during the 90-minute group session.

  • Please arrive prepared: bringing pen, paper, charged device, charger, and make sure your internet and Wi-Fi connection is stable.

    • Note: Poor Wi-Fi leading to more than 2 disconnections is considered an incomplete session. 

  • No driving or in a public place during group.

  • To protect confidentiality no one is to be in the room during group.

  • Participants' face and eyes must always be visible - always keep a close-up on your face on webcam unless on break.

    • No drowsiness or sleeping is permitted. ​

  • Cameras stay on during the entire group. ​

  • No other devices can be in use during group time including but not limited to: TV, cell phone, stereo, etc.

  • During group set your phone on "Do Not Disturb" mode.

  • Participants must be alone. No children, relatives, friends, and/or pets can be present.

  • No sunglasses, hats, hoodies, and/or filters that can disguise and/or camouflage your physical self and/or background.

  • If you need to step away, just let us know. You can have 5 minutes to return.

  • No eating, smoking, and/or vaping. Non-alcoholic beverages only. 

  • No multi-tasking, reading, texting, walking around, driving, self-grooming, working, etc.
